Minimalism

Minimalism is ultimately about being more intentional.

  • Aesthetic: Simplified forms and places with few essential items. A clean, simple room.
  • Digital: Reducing screen time. Turning off notifications, clearing your inbox, reducing distraction. Removing digital objects, clearing them out.
  • Experientialism: Reducing dependence on objects for happiness, and redirecting that to experiences.
  • Environmental: Consume less, reduce waste, maximize longevity of things.
  • Mindful: Clarity, focus. Be reflective.
