1. Create a 🌐 public or 🔑 private Channel ~ and a 🔑 private SuperGroup.
2. Optional: post some messages in the channel to have the first posts w/o comment feature. You can edit them later at any time.
3. Add the SuperGroup to the Channel as Discussion Group.

• Changelogs can be stored in separate Channels per Topic and linked from each Topics Channel Post.
